Do I need to be in shape?

Is this like CrossFit or OrangeTheory?

Nope. We’re coaching-focused, small-group, and beginner-friendly.

What’s the difference between BUILD and BURN?

BUILD = Strength

BURN = Conditioning

You can join both.

Can I use all 8 sessions in the month?

Yes — the pass lasts 30 days from your first session.

What happens after the 8 sessions?
